RIB Speed boat down the Thames Experience for 2

What could be more memorable than a speed boating experience down the Thames? I’ve done it myself, and it’s a huge amount of fun. You set off in a RIB boat (rigid inflatable boat) and get guided down the river – weaving through boats, speeding past bridges and getting the breakdown on all the historical buildings and landmarks you go through with a commentary by an experienced skipper. It’s a great time, just make sure you keep your mouth closed in case any of that lovely Thames water gets in your mouth!

The trip lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes and you’ll be taken out past Tower Bridge, where they can really crank the speed up past Wapping and Canary Wharf, then back around to the London Eye. It’s a great trip for couples, friends or family – just ensure any under 16’s are accompanied by an adult.
