Bestgiftideas.co.uk was started in early 2013 as a hobby. I worked in the gifts sector for quite a long time and when I decided to move into marketing, I decided to set up my own site with my favourite gifts from various UK based retailers. Each week, I try and update the site with new fun and cool gifts, along with a blog post to try and help people out with gift ideas for different occasions. With so many gift sites and retailers, it’s hard to browse through them all just to find that one perfect gift, so by pulling out the top ones from each, hopefully BestGiftIdeas can help you save a lot of hassle!
Each link on the site contains an affiliate link, which is a link that alerts retailers that we have directed you to their site. If you end up purchasing something off of the retailers site, they will credit me with a small commission, which is generally enough to cover the hosting and maintenance of this website. While the main aim of this site is not to make money, it is good to at least be able to cover the cost of website maintenance – and best of all, it costs you, our readers, absolutely nothing at all!
